Greetings all,
I am a circus performer who will be coaching trampolining, tumbling and acrobatics this summer from June 22nd to August 25th-ish. I'll be working at Acrosports. I'm hoping to meet cool people and hopefully procure housing. This place and the community seem AWESOME. I've studied circus in England and creative urban planning and design in college. Twas wondering if there was a space open in the studio. I don't need alot of room and would like to live communally. There's a bunch of us from the east coast, with myself and a good friend being from Philly, so you'll be in good company.
As for room-renting, nobody's really in charge unless you're looking to rent an entire space for yourself. The best idea is to check the message boards here, and also check out Craigslist (that's where I found my room). Rooms become available pretty randomly.

Mon, June 30, 2008 - 11:39 AMI plan on coming to Vulcan around July17 and cant wait to meet everybody there! Also, Tjarda from the Uzume (netherlands) is looking for a temp space while shes here for the summer.
Hope ya'll can make it out to Revolution!!! Its a benefit for Ksea Flux's bigtopmagazine.com and will have a full line up of circus folks (vau de vire), dancers, dj's and MOI;>
