hi folks,
does anyone have a spot in their space for me to live? i'm looking.
i've lived in two different warehouses over the past 5.5 years, one in north oakland and another in the Mission. I'm a Ph.D. student in Microbiology at UCB, studying photosynthetic microorganisms that are capable of producing hydrogen as a renewable fuel. I'm also a bookbinder, writer/poet, budding calligrapher, vegan (not snooty though), tea-drinker, volunteer (martin de porres soup kitchen in SF), garage-sale shopper/bicyclist. there is a lot more to me, but please write if you've got a space. i wouldn't take up much room, actually, and i think it's a darned shame that I have to try to put myself into a paragraph, perhaps a pot of tea might elucidate much more about who I am?
Oh, I neglected to mention my awesome, adventurous music collection. I've been on a quest to find adventurously beautiful music (often without words), and I've found a lot of great things along the way that I feel compelled to share with other lovers-of-art. If not, of course I can use headphones!
cheers!
(apologies for cross-posting...)
